Liuzza Fresh began in the heart of uncertainty—during the early days of the COVID pandemic. With normal business operations paused, we turned to the kitchen to focus on health and routine. What started as simple home meal prep quickly became something bigger. As we shared extra meals with friends and family, we realized a powerful truth: most people want to eat better—they just don’t have enough healthy, convenient options.

That’s when Liuzza Fresh was born.

We started with a small group of 50 meal prep clients and a mission to make clean, nourishing food more accessible. Today, we’re proud to offer three fully stocked grab-and-go coolers filled daily with fresh, flavorful meals that support a healthy lifestyle. You can find us at Tangi Nutrition in Amite, 51 Nutrition in Kentwood, and the North Oaks Hospital Cafeteria.
